Somerset Pierce Harvey
“If you’re gonna act like a goose, go to the pond.”
Somerset’s young, but full of knowledge about how to get the best out of people – no matter their backgrounds or what stage of their fitness journey they’re on.
About Somerset
Somerset is Surry Hills’ youngest PT. She started training at The Bunker and decided to complete her Cert III & IV in Fitness before finding her home at Fitness Playground around the corner. Before coming to FP, Somerset was a few years into her nursing career, but she found a different way she could help people. Inspired by one of her brothers, she pursued her passion for personal development and fitness through a career in personal training (all while rehabilitating from her third hip surgery).

You need to enjoy it to sustain it. You’re more likely to want to adhere to your training if it’s something you look forward to. There’s something out there for everyone. Once you find the thing that you enjoy and that challenges you, you’ll stick with it and better yourself in the process.
