Training Philosophy
When it comes to health and fitness, the most important aspects are:
Adherence and Consistency. The outcome goal is important (for example, losing 10 kilos of body fat), but the key lies in having realistic behavioural goals that you will stick to and lead you to achieve your outcome goals. Once you commence your fitness journey, it’s so important to be patient and “trust the process”.
