About Jacqueline

Jacqueline works with female clients on their training, nutrition and mindset and she’s known for her empathy and compassion.

Having been a coach for 8 years now (across indoor, outdoor and online), personal training provided her a way to have an impact on people.

What’s most important to her? Building a connection with her clients. She wants to learn about who you are, what you do, establish a connection, and get to know you on a personal level. She’s big on being more than a bystander during your session, and will be your number 1 hype person.

She is meticulous when it comes to programming. You’ll often find her on the gym floor tweaking, reformulating and optimising her clients’ programs to make it work better for them. She takes pride in curating her programs, and wants her clients to enjoy the process.

Training Philosophy

Training and nutrition should complement your life, not complicate it. For me, It’s about balance and learning your version of moderation so you can feel like the best version of yourself. We move to feel good, build confidence and appreciate our bodies. Not to restrict and punish. Life is here to be enjoyed.

3 Fun Facts
  1. Get a couple of drinks in me and I turn into a karaoke queen (often in the back of an Uber).
  2. When I was in high school, I used to fake sick notes so I could skip P.E. class (shout-out to my P.E. teacher for still passing me).
  3. I have a child… I mean, a cat… named Paulie. He’s my BFF. Be careful asking me about him because I will talk your ear off.
