Daniele Mendoza
“Motivation often comes after starting, not before. Action produces momentum.”

About Daniele
Daniele Mendoza is passionate about helping her clients improve their confidence and feel the empowerment that comes with strength training and improving one’s abilities. She wants you to feel the badassery that comes with knowing that you’ve put in the hard work to achieve performance-based goals, like doing a pull up or deadlifting your own bodyweight.
She loves all types of training, from calisthenics to barbells to kettlebells. She’s a jack of all trades so she can teach you a bit of everything. She wants you to try it all so you can find the type of exercise you love, because once you find movement that you love, the gym becomes way more enjoyable.
She believes there’s more to the gym than it being a place to ‘burn calories’. It’s a place to improve on what you’re capable of – whether you’re learning as a complete beginner or coming into Fitness Playground as a seasoned trainee.

Training Philosophy
My philosophy of ‘Developed Movement, Developed Mindset’ stems from the belief that the consistency and effort you put into your exercise program, and the results you see, have a positive effect on your everyday life. Because with developed movement comes a developed mindset.

- I’ve been journaling since 2014 and I recommend it to everyone because journals don’t just hold memories but they give you written proof of your own growth.
- My favourite things to do on a day off are go to the beach, learn TikTok dances and read.
