If you want to increase your strength and mobility at the same time, while learning some fun skills along the way, Dani’s your match.

About Dani

Dani is from a town called Misiones in the north of Argentina . She has lived in Sydney for the last 13 years. Inspired by her father’s passion for sport, she became involved in gymnastics at a young age, and competed in athletics at a regional level. Her inability to sit still and passion for adventure led her to Australia.

Here in Sydney she qualified as a Personal Trainer while developing a dedicated Ashtanga yoga practice. Her experiences have all culminated in her unique style of coaching, blending mobility, strength training and skill development, such as calisthenics. She loves dancing to samba in the kitchen with her dog Tango, while cooking a big meal to enjoy with family.

Training Philosophy

Dani believes she training is a beautiful way to express self-love. Focusing on the body, health and fitness and surrounding herself with positive, motivated people helped her out during hard times, so she loves helping others have similar experiences. She says training should be fun, yet challenging. Her main goal is to give people the opportunity to discover what their bodies are capable of, and how amazing it feels to acquire new skills. She’s all about training to have fun rather than focusing on aesthetic goals and punishing routines.
